Welcome to TRACKS, EastGrandLake's Online Snowmobile Club

east grand lake snowmobile Tracks Snowmobile Club

There are several active snowmobile clubs around the East Grand Lake area who do a great job of grooming trails, and which offer memberships so you can support the sport, and take advantage of club events, using their facilities to stop in along the trail, get warmed-up and grab a cup of coffee or hot chocolate; and some allow the use of their facility for functions like weddings. Club meetings are often held at them as well.
Click Here To View East Grand Lake area Snowmobile Clubs is pleased to offer an online ‘portal’ that will give our visitors a complete resource to guide them to all the snowmobiling services available in & around East Grand Lake. This winter we are increasing our efforts & involvement…to help provide more resources to recreational enthusiasts, starting with this year’s snowmobile season. Some things we are planning to implement on our website include:

  • ACCURATE, DETAILED TRAIL MAPS of the East Grand Lake area. The Latest, Most Up-To-Date Trail Reports.

Click here to go to the MSA (Maine Snowmobile Association) Interactive Trail Map

  • A LIVE WEB CAM  located directly on the snowmobile trail, located at a well-known business right on Route 1 in Weston; showing a live view of the adjacent trail and current conditions.
  • GEOLOCATOR –’s GPS technology will allow riders to locate their position by accessing our ‘QR Code’ which can be scanned by their mobile device or plan a route including the businesses included in our Business Directory which can be easily accessed by clicking on the icons on our GEOLOCATOR map. The ‘QR Code’ located on the back of our brochure will be available at many local locations and we are hoping to place them on designated areas directly on the trails.

    • Emergency Trail-Side Services that would be available to stranded riders, who have broken-down, or run out of gas & in need of towing, minor repairs, or evacuation.
    • An Audio Broadcast of the latest, updated trail report.

With participation from local business owners who already offer services to snowmobile riders, we are hoping these will become available this season.

    • Snowmobile Vacation Packages Extended-stay packages at local lodges & cottage-style campgrounds already set up for winter recreation.
    • Snowmobile ‘Daycations’ Guided tours for those unfamiliar with the local & Maine ITS Snowmobile Trail System. These ‘All-Inclusive’ day-long excursions would include snowmobile rentals, meals & fuel.
